Thank you for supporting Motorhome Rehab Ranch. Because many of our products are made to order or supplied through third-party manufacturers and fulfillment partners, all sales are generally considered final.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Motorhome Rehab Ranch apparel and merchandise are produced through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner in the United States. Each item is created specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Because of this made-to-order process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- buyer’s remorse
- incorrect size selection
- accidental orders
- change of mind
Please review sizing information carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
1. your order information
2. photos of the issue
3. a brief description of the problem
If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation and fulfillment provider policies.
GMC Parts & Restoration Components (Coming Soon)
Future GMC motorhome parts and specialty restoration items may be supplied directly through manufacturers, vendors, or specialty suppliers.
Due to the specialty nature of these products, many parts may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Certain custom, fitted, made-to-order, electrical, or specialty components may not be eligible for return once shipped.
Additional return information for specialty parts will be provided as these products become available.
Shipping Issues
Motorhome Rehab Ranch is not responsible for:
- shipping carrier delays
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- incorrect addresses provided by customers
- delays caused by weather, customs, or supply chain disruptions
If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help assist with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Order Cancellations
Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
